Territory and age
We accept orders for delivery or pickup only within the Republic of Moldova. Alcoholic beverages are sold only to people aged 18 or over. When ordering, the customer confirms their age and agrees to show an identity document to the courier or store employee at handover. If age cannot be verified, alcohol is not handed over; cancellation and any refund are handled under the law and our returns policy.
Products, prices and orders
Product pages show the name, characteristics, volume or package size, price in MDL and available options. Before submitting an order, the customer sees the basket contents, fulfilment method, delivery charge and total. The website assigns an order number and sends an acknowledgment of receipt. Availability and ready-for-collection time are confirmed separately; if an item is unavailable, we offer an alternative or cancellation. Items and prices change only with the customer’s agreement.
Payment and fulfilment
For delivery and pickup, customers may pay cash or by card through a POS terminal. Online MAIB payment is available only when shown at checkout. Creating an order does not confirm an online payment; successful payment is communicated separately. Rates, pickup points, opening hours and fulfilment conditions are set out on the Delivery and Payment page.
Cancellation, returns and data
To cancel an order or report a problem, email its number to info@gbb.md. Distance-contract withdrawal, complaints and refunds are described in our returns policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Updates to these terms apply to new orders after the revised version is published.
