Data and purposes
When an account is created or an order is placed, we process names, contact details, delivery addresses, products, amounts, fulfilment methods and order history. The website also uses technical data and necessary cookies for sign-in, the basket, protection against abuse and proper operation. Processing is needed to administer accounts, enter into and fulfil orders, handle payments and delivery, provide support, comply with legal obligations and maintain security. Promotional messages require separate, voluntary consent, which can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us.
Who may receive data
As needed for these purposes, data may be accessed by GBB staff, the 1C accounting system, the payment provider for online payments, delivery staff, and the site’s email and technical service providers. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s interface; we receive transaction-status information. We do not sell personal data. An identity document is shown when alcohol is handed over; the site does not ask customers to upload a copy when ordering.
Retention and customer rights
We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle enquiries and comply with mandatory accounting and other record-keeping periods. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and withdraw marketing consent. Email info@gbb.md; where necessary, we will verify the requester’s identity securely. You may also contact the competent Moldovan personal-data protection authority.

Necessary cookies support the basket, sign-in and website security. If optional analytics or advertising cookies are used, information and choices will be presented separately. An updated policy is published on this page with a new date.
